Beyond Technical Skills
Customer Focus & Entrepreneurial Mindset for Nurses

PMU is a unique field: though it is a medical procedure, it also functions as an elective service within the beauty industry. As the number of nurses in PMU grows, technical skills alone are no longer enough to capture clients’ trust. What is required is the ability to maximize satisfaction and experience value, foster repeat visits and referrals, and build unshakable credibility.

This lecture emphasizes the importance of cultivating a business mindset while upholding medical ethics and responsibility—seeing patients as clients, and understanding the mechanisms of business. By taking initiative, PMU nurses can find clear guidance toward the path of true success.

Ultimate Brow Design with Cognitive Psychology
